Japanese sauna

A Japanese sauna (Iyashi Dôme) session lasts 30 minutes. At first, only your head remains outside the device: a gentle heat caresses your skin and you begin to sweat.

In a second phase, the heat becomes more intense and your body starts to perspire abundantly, as after a vigorous workout (one Iyashi Dôme session produces sweating equivalent to a run of around 20 km, without the negative effects of premature wear on the body). In a single Iyashi Dôme session, you can expect to lose up to 1,200 ml of sweat.
